Our purpose is to provide clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable rental housing in the North Carolina cities of Durham and Greensboro. We are responsive to our renter’s needs, and in return, expect our renters to care about the property – keeping it clean and safe, and contacting us when an issue needs to be resolved.
